Role Overview
As a permanent Trade Application Consultant at Broadridge, you will be part of our Customer Success elite team. The position implies in depth understanding of customer services with ramifications into client onboarding, implementation, maintenance and support.

We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remotely.
We’ll trust you to
- Manage and provide outstanding daily support to your client portfolio
- Understand and analyze clients' needs from both technical and functional perspectives
- Ensure technical expertise within your client portfolio
- Promote new features and products
- Work closely with a global team of account managers, technical specialists, and product managers
- Build strong and positive relationships with clients
- Offer on-site or off-site consultancy upon request
You’ll need to have
- 2+ years’ experience in a customer-facing role
- Master in Computer science or equivalent
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple client queries and initiatives simultaneously
- Resourceful candidate, hardworking, curious, with major personal or professional achievements
- Great passion for technology, basic Java, SQL, XML skill set
- Good communication and excellent written skills in French and in English
- Good interpersonal skills and a desire to work directly with customers
Nice to have
- Knowledge in the FIX protocol
- Experience in working with the trading Desks
