Technical Support Learning Program
Overview
In our 6 months learning program, you will be part of the Customer Success department, which is responsible for supporting and maintaining key parts of our global business, solving complex issues while also gaining exposure to some of the biggest names in the industry.
Learning Program details:
- 6 months paid learning program
- 6 hours/day
- Hybrid remote (you decide when you work from the office/home)
- Permanent contract if successfully pass the first months
Responsibilities
- Direct email communication with our customers
- Raising and sorting tickets
- Monitoring the team's dashboard and prioritizing the tickets
Your profile
- Fresh graduates / final year students/ professionals interested in career conversions
- Fluency in English is an absolute must
- Familiarity with Java, XML, SQL/Oracle
- Team player, positive attitude, willingness to learn and evolve
- Ability to work and perform independently

For me, it all started with finding the right place to practice between the 3rd and 4th years of my studies.
The first 3 months of the internship were very exciting, we learned a lot of new things, both from our mentor and from our colleagues. We participated in specialized training, and we managed to get very close as a team even though we worked remotely. After a short time, I had the opportunity to apply on concrete cases everything I had accumulated up to that point, which totally increased my confidence in myself and my knowledge.
I would highly recommend this position to people looking for a new experience, in a challenging environment. After finishing Automatic Control and Computer Science I always imagined I'd end up in software development, but it was not the right fit for me.

The customer success team in Cluj is absolutely amazing. I've said it on countless occasions before, but it feels like you're in the middle of a group of friends who happened to work together, not of people who worked together and happened to become friends. Looking back to me a year ago and to me now, I am a whole different person and I would be lying if I said that this happened independently from the workplace.

A 35-40 minutes brain warm-up test, which consists of an aptitude, personality, and motivation test. Based on the results, you will be invited to the next step.

It will be a 45 minutes webinar with detailed insights about our company and the role.

We'll continue the webinar with a 40 minutes technical test.
The technical assignment consists of a logic problem, a Java code-reading exercise, XML and Stack Trace part.

As soon as possible we will start scheduling the final interviews with those who passed the technical tests.
